Denise Wall
Denise Wall’s Dance Energy
Though Denise Wall has never danced professionally, she has been sought out by the dance industry to teach master classes and produce award winning choreography. Her unique way of infusing imagery in her instruction generates impeccable technique within her dancers. Because of this, many of her dancers have gone on to dance professionally in Broadway musicals, ballet and modern companies, and commercially in both LA and NYC.
Additionally, Denise’s studio is a safe haven for many students. These dancers are her children and she fights with them through the high and the low to see them succeed in the dance industry and also as people. She has been an example to them as she fights through Stage 2 Breast Cancer and still finds the time to give back. Her studio, Denise Wall’s Dance Energy, performed at the Dancin’ Downtown at the Joyce which raised $26,955 for Dancers Responding to Aids.
Denise Wall is loved and impacted by the students, parents, and fellow teachers that she comes in contact with. She has made a significant impact in the dance community by her specific teaching style and compassionate heart.
